and secondly, if you are a male & weigh somewhere in excess of 240 pounds, please wear shirts made for an oversized adult (i believe the textile industry calls those extra large) and not those made for underdeveloped teen girls or large pre-teen children. finally, if you are nearly 30 years old and you can’t breathe without drooling all over the youth medium t-shirt of any number of mediocre passe saddle creek band that does not even reach your belly button - it’s probably in your best interest that you lock yourself in your home and not leave until you’ve at least acquired a bib if not also an appropriately sized garment.
