this includes some of the worst against gay marriage:

“marriage has been one of the oldest traditions & when you’re redefining it, it affects a lot of people.” oh, yeah, who? “and if people want to be together, we can’t stop them, but we can’t redefine things that have been already been established for thousands of years.” this was undoubtedly someones argument against the abolition of slavery & during the civil rights movement in America that gave African Americans the same rights as everyone else, so…

“some of my best friends are homosexual” - this right here, worst defense ever, because 9 times out of then, probably 10 times out of 10, really, it’s not true & if it is…really? i mean REALLY, what kind of defense is that? “we don’t biased against them at all it’s just we support the concept of traditional marriage within a religion, give them the same legal rights, call it something else, just so everyone’s happy, you know?” but…if you’re going to give them the same legal rights, why not just call it marriage? why does it need to be called something else? and what does it need to be called? that is not going to make anyone happy.

endless frustration.

i'm a poor lonesome boy and i'm a long way from home.
