“I have just seen a dog hit by a car. I waited for the police with the dog and they gave me directions to the emergency vet. I’m here now. They said the dog will be fine if someone has the financial responsibility to handle the care, but without it they will not treat the animal fully and it will be turned over to animal services in the morning to be euthanized. They said it will run to be about 800-1200 dollars for all of the necessary tests. This is completely unfair and this dogs life should not be lost or saved on a monetary value. I’m asking everyone to please donate and spread the word as I need to raise this money in the next 8 hours or so. please if you can spare anything donate and help keep this dog alive, if you have the “you can’t save them all” mentality, recognize that this dog was doing to die if JP had not stopped and picked her up, this dog has already been saved and now she needs your help to get the attention that she needs so that she may continue to live a full, happy life, like she deserves. please repost and please if you can spare ANYTHING, donate, the deadline is somewhere between 7am-8am EST on Tuesday May 3rd. $623 has been raised in a little less than 5 hours, we are almost there.
